If at this point you have all the products you need in your shopping cart, click the Send order (secure) button near the bottom of the page - on some computer screens you may have to scroll down to see this button.

 You are now at the checkout. Enter your credit card billing address and if different the shipping address for your order. Information that you need to enter is marked with asterisks (**) - if you feel you need to leave any of these fields empty the shopping cart will complain so it is best to add in some text e.g. "N/A" just to stop the computer objecting.
We keep all of your information between you and us. We never sell it, donate it, share it or publish it.
We send order confirmation and tracking information to the email address you supply.

 When you have your address details completed, select your payment method by click the appropriate radio button (usually displayed as little circles) and fill in the credit card details if appropriate. | |

 The click to continue with order (secure) button lets you review the information you have entered and again shows the list of shipping speeds - but this time you can select the speed you want.
 You do this by selecting the radio button to the left of the desired speed. The total for the order at this speed is displayed on the right hand side. | |

| Confirm order (secure) button |

 The Confirm order (secure) button is the last step, clicking it sends your order securely over the net to us. If you entered your email address as part of your address information we now send you an email confirming the order. If there could be some doubt as to the expected arrival time we also use the email address to try to clarify - e.g. a 2nd day air order placed on a Saturday night will not ship until Monday and will not arrive with you until Wednesday - this order would trigger a customer service email where as a 2nd day air order placed at 3:30 EST on a Wednesday would not trigger another email as it would ship on the Wednesday and arrive with you on the Friday. | |

| After the order |

| If you entered your email address as part of your address information we send you out a "your order has shipped" email. Then each day until you have received your order, we send you an other email showing you where your order is and what day it is expected to arrive with you. Once you receive your order, we send you one last email saying how pleased we are that you decided to order with us and giving you a toll free telephone number to use should you need to return any of the items on your order. | |
